Adduce of additional documents in file

Dear Experts,
This is Advocate Vinod Yadav from faridabad.
Sir, i have filed a criminal complaint u/s 156(3) and the same is pending for consideration on 20.01.15. At the time of filing of complaint i have forgot to file "fehrist- list of documents" and list of witnesses. now i want to submit these documents in court.
kindly guide me is there any need to move an application to add these documents in my file. if yes, then under which section i can move an application for adduce these documents.
or i can directly hand over these documents to magistrate with verbal request to put in file the above stated documents.

In such application the list of witness is not required.
Do not worry. Even if it gets rejected you can file another such petition after lodging another complaint with police afresh.

List of witnesses is not required to be submitted. Just rope in the witnesses to the court and get them examined.

The complaint u/s 200 r/w 156(3) Cr. PC do not require list of documents and/or witnesses to be enclosed.
You may proceed the way you have opted and get the witnesses deposed (examined-in-chief) for taking cognizance of your complaint, nothing wrong.
