An individual and a Company are separate legal entities.

Both can have independent PAN Cards. There cannot be any doubt about.

But, it is not clear what you mean by a Company? Which sort of a company? What are you in the company? I think there is some confusion in your mind. Come out with real facts to get appropriate answer to your query.
