hi i was working in dubai due to crises i left the job and was unable to pay the money third party person is calling for recovery and talk very rude me its ok but calling my family members and co workers and mentally harrsing can i report about the same in poilce station or some law or where can i complaint about the same

U can complain regarding the physical and mental harassment caused to U and UR family members by the recovery agencies.
But as this is a civil matter the police may not register it,unless U have been physically assaulted bu the recovery people.
But U can issue a legal notice to the concerned bank and the recovery agency regarding the harrassment.
Another thing is better go to the bank and settle the matter amicably without legal hurdles.

The debt is in India or Dubai?
You must record calls, ask the caller not to be rude/abusive/threatening and not to call your relatives, and lodge police complaint under proper acknowledgment.

I just missed whether the credit card default was in India or Dubai.
If in Dubai the laws are very rigid which end up in imprisonment and the defaulter is also listed in interpol and hence cannot travel to or via any GCC country.

sorry for the late reply credit card was of dubai, then after i travel in saudi arabia and worked there for 02 years,form 2013 i an back in india , the amount is not much 7500DHS for that they would but for interpol i could not travel as my previous company ban be not to travel as i could not go any pay, even i had a job in my hand but cannot travel ,i have all my documents till the time i was in dubai payed my due on time
