Illegaly living on my land

Dear sir
We had purchased land in latur maharashtra before 10 years ago all documents of land is on my fathers name.but, some people has illegely living on land (made a kabja )from 2 year .we had made complaint in police station many times but they are not supporting us.sir, what should i do please guide me....

Well, police will not evict them.It is the job of the civil court.
Hence file a civil suit for eviction of trespassers.
Simultaneously file a criminal case of trespassing. Since police is inactive file case u/s 156(3) crpc to get the FIR registered.

File a suit for possession, permanent injunction and mesne profits through a local lawyer.
