how can I register sister's share in my name?

Sir,
Our house and land is in the name of father.
(Both father and mother expired.) I have
two sisters and they are willing and ready to transfer their share in my name. The problem is that both of them had surrendered
their Indian citizenship and accepted US citizenship.Under this circumstances, how can
I register the property without them? Please
give the necessary legal advise.

Take POA of ur sisters in US. Get attested in India.and regster releasedeed

Dear Raju Joseph,

In addition to what Mr.Bhagwat Patil has stated I would like to say that let them have a relinquishment deed executed and notarized with Indian Consulate which can be forwarded to the Sectarial Department of the Company/Registrar for change of name in the share certificates.

Sisters can give power of Attorney in your name.It should be attested by the authorities of both countries.
