Registration - urgent help required

Leave and License AGreement" franking date is 25-01-2010. Execution date 22-07-2010. Can we register this doc upto 21-11-2010. since validity of stamp paper is only upto 24-07-2010.

Also, pls advice for fine if agrment not registered

you can present the document for registration within 4 months from execution.you can present the document till 21.11.2010.

Fine of 10 times the amount of normal amount of registration fee.

A Leave and License Agreement is not a compulsorily registrable document under the Registration Act. U have not stated where U belong to or if it has been made compulsorily registrable by any local law to where U belong. If it is, the document may be registered by showing execution within time.
