An application for Probate will have to be made to the District Delegate(court) with the Will annexed by the executor named in the will. Alongwith the application for Probate, an Affidavit of assets will have to be made of the assets/debts payable to the estate of the deceased. All heirs in the same class & above will have to be issued special citations whether named in the will as a beneficiary or not apart from a general citation. After all this is complete, the court will proceed to hear out the application & grant the Probate .

Yes right. If any of the cited person appears and put his objection then this case will be turned into Original Suit and after conclusion of trial the court will determine whether to grant probate or not.
