Dear All experts

Please advise when can i file for divorce since she left me on in last week of April-2010.I want divorce from her as she is characterless and senseless also.

On what grounds i can file for divorce?

She does not want to leave her parents and her job in delhi.She straightaway refused my request to join me at Ahmedabad.
She also threatens me of dire consequences!

Please advice me as i am in a very depressed condition!

If the date of marriage is more than 1 year from this date then you could filed divorce on the ground of cruelty.In the plaint you have to describe the circumstances which force you to seek for divorce.

yes. Even otherwise if it is within one year you can make an application under Sec.14 of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 on the ground of exceptional hardship and seek leave of the court to file divorce petition.
