hello sir,
I want to know the procedure of our Indian courts(district, civil, high,or supreme). can a common man(not a lawyer)can say or do the proceedings in the court.
like for the small(petty) cases related to the issues like some complain by the neighbor in the municipal problem,or the public issues like land grabbing of public lands or buildings.
i hope u people have understood my question.
waiting for answer.
thank you.

The law does not make any difference of the procedure for a common man and an advocate. It is same for both of them.

A common can fight his own case before the courts. There is no bar. This right can be exercised even in the Supreme court of India. Even Public Interest Litigation can be filed and fought by common men without engaging advocates.

I agree with mr.subramanian. He didn't give any chance to other experts.. Nice.
