oppointment of notery

respected sir. i had applied for oppointment of notery central govt on 20-5-10. but till today not responce from dept. my application is valid for 6 months only.please suggest me what should i do at this stage.

Move an application under RTI and obtain day to day proceeding, the names of the officers who ought to have taken action accordingly.
