Dear Anonymous,
(1) You can do LLB and for that you do not have to take any permission from ICAI. However, after completing LLB, you have to decide which profession you want to continue - whether as CA or as LLB. You cannot practice both the professions simultaneously. If you want to practice as an Advocate, then you have to get your CA Certificate suspended by writing to the Institute.
(2) There is no distance learning course for LLB.
(3) There is no exemption of any kind in the LLB Course on the basis that you have alreay cleared C.A. course.
