My sister has taken a flat before marriage ... in her name.

there was verbal confirmation from my sister that in case her marriage ..happens he will transfer this flat. in my name.

she has taken loan from bank against this house but I paid all the instatement on his behalf.

now she wants to transfer this flat in my name.

but his husband objecting it. & threating not to transfer in my name.

pl help how to proceed. against the same

Your brother in law has no legal right to raise any objection to such transfer. So you better persuade your sister not to pay any heed to such objection as the proceeding in court may not give you the desired result in the present circumstances.
