Can Counsel wighdraw the Adjudication case pending before labour court. with ourt signatrue of workman. if any case law please give me

The counsel cannot withdraw the case pending before labour court or any other court without the consent of the party.

a counsel is the representative of the party, she can not withdraw case without the consent of party, in case, he does so, it amounts professional misconduct on his part.
