Not listing of matter before the CAT despite of High Court Order

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 29 October 2010 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,
I have been directed to appear before the principal registrar court of CAT on 01/11/2010 vide by High Court order which has restored the main application for reconsideration
But in the cause list of 01/11/2010 there is no listing of case before the aforesaid court

Kindly inform whether I should appear before the court with High Court order?

or Is there any separate application, I need to file in the registry that the case has not been listed despite of the CAT order?

Regards

Dear Anonymous,
When was the order passed by the High Court?
Did you give a copy of the order to the CAT? Otherwise you have to give one certified copy of the High Court Order to the CAT.

Yes otherwise the order of the high court also gets communicated to CAT. I n any case make application to the Registrar.

Usually in such cases, the copy of the High court order is communicated directly by the Registry of High Court to the CAT. There is no need for you to send the copy to CAT. You can appear on 1.11.2010 before CAT and request the Court to take up your matter.
