SAANJAAY GUPTAA (Expert) 16 December 2010
Yes B can always Purchase land in name of minor and remain himself as guardian of A.
s.subramanian (Expert) 16 December 2010
I disagree. You cannot purchase the land posing as the guardian of A since the natural guardians of the minor are alive (father and mother) You have to show only them as guardians.
Kirti Kar Tripathi (Expert) 16 December 2010
AGREE WITH MR. SUBRAMANIAN. SO LONG AS NATURAL GUARDIANS ARE ALIVE, NO ONE CAN BECOME GUARDIAN OF A MINOR UNLESS NATURAL GUARDIAN ARE ACTING IN THE INTEREST OF MINOR AND COURT HAS GIVEN PERMISSION TO HIM TO ACT AS GUARDIAN.
Y V Vishweshwar Rao (Expert) 22 December 2010
Legally the Father & mother are the Guardians of their minor son ! the property is purchased by Grand Parent - there is no adverse interest against the Minor in purchasing the property - it is for the benefit of the Minor- it may be as Gift purchased -B- for Minor- A !
