false allegations

We are married for the past eight years . I was in the gulf for the past eight years and i just came back about 3 months back .

Her complaint is as follows for the past eight years i drink alcohol and beat her up .When i am in the gulf and she is in india how can i beat her .In a year i just visit her for 1 or 2 months how is this possible .

FIR under section 323,504,506 has been put on me .All the allegations are false .How do i counter these and how can i stop these false allegations .

I dont even know how to go about this .Can please some one help me out .

If from the verson of the FIR and prima facie document , oculd be shown that at the material point of time you were in abroad then case for quashing could be done. The detals of the contents of the fir would have been more helpful to advise further.

You can raise the plea of alibi on the basis of the entries contained in your passport and defeat her false case.
