Hi i have a flat at dombivili (Maharashtra)
I have purchased it some 4 year back
in my agreement which i have purchase i have done some different signature in my sale agreement and now i have forgetten that signature and it is also very hard to do that so i am using now my new signature in my all other document can in future i can sell my above mention property without knowing the old signature?

The Agreement is with you with your old signature -signature may vary - New Signature - singed by you before attesting Witnesses-

YOU CAN CHECK THE OLD SIGN BY VIEWING OLD REGISTERED DOCUMENTS, IF IT NOT POSSIBLE FOR U TO SIGN THE SAME,IT NOT MANDATORY TO DISCLOSE THE OLD DOCUMENT AND VERIFY THE OLD SIGN BY SUB REGISTRAR.YOU CAN VERY WELL SALE TWO IDENTIFICATION WITNESSES ARE REQUIRED WITH THEIR PHOTOS AND PHOTO ID
