hi all,

i m sandeep yadav advocate ggn, plz help me i have a case in that i m the counsel for the driver and owner of the Vehicle, the licence of the driver was expired before one of accident plz give me some guidelines what i do and plz send me some citations on that point that the insurance company will be liable to indemnified the petitioner.

You can not get the insurance claim. Use the alternative possibilities.

If your client is not having the valid driving licence at the time of accident, insurance company is not liable to pay compensation. There is no such citation.
