My wife filed a 506a against me 3 months ago. I got bail.Now we are not staying together. The address in charge sheet was her address.

When they will file charge sheet?. How i will i come to know if my wife doesn't inform me?..usually how long police will take to file a charge sheet.

Your wife will not inform you but the court will summon you on the date fixed for hearing. Police can file charge sheet within 3 years from the date of commission of offence. But generally police takes no long time.
