llb in india vs jd abroad

i am a b.com(hons) graduate and intend to study law but i am unable to decide as to whether should i pursue law in india or abroad? please advice .

If you can afford the expensive education and wishes to settle abroad then pursue from outside as here you will studied only indian laws
IPR somewhat have importance at International level
