with respect to a house , should i apply for succession certificate or a probate certificate?

can i sell the same after i get certificate in my favour.

Succession is not issued in respect of immovable property and probate is granted in case of any last will of the deceased testator, hence you should apply for Letter of Administration in respect of the property.

Sir after getting letter of administration ni my favour can i sell the property after all other heirs give an NOC in my favour

They need to relinquish the property in your name. Mere NOC may pave for future litigations.
