Really Very good idea. But it is better to get register the firm. Then, it will be legally recognised.

If it is registered you will get legal support .

A nobel effort indeed. Friends,as you have indicated , you intend to function as an informal group spreading awareness on law and constitutional rights. as of now you can launch a web -based service to cater to the above needs. However, in the long run, all your efforts will go unrecognised if you donot formalise the efforts made in this direct.So. In my opinion, right from the begining, You should go for registering a non-profit making organisation e.g. a society, Trust or N.G.O. , so that the honest and sincere efforts put in by your team members will get credence in the eyes of law.

Register your foundation u/s society's act. The cost all inclusive will not exceed Rs.1000/-.

It is not mandatory to register your foundation.

But, by registering it, you will get the benefits of funding at a latter stage.
