AS PER DESIGNATION OF EMPLOYEES/WORKMAN COVERED BY FACTORIES ACT,OR OFFICERS CATAGORY,.THEY CAN APPROACH LABOUR / INDUSTRIAL COURT IF WORKMAN AND OFFICERS CATOGARY CAN FILE CIVIL SUIT IN CIVIL COURTS OR HIGH COURT IN THE AREA.GOOD LUCK.

The aggrieved company employees can approach the appropriate authorities for redressal of their grievances against the company irrespective of location of head office within country or outside.
