No medical bills in claim petition

I am filing a claim petition us 166 of MV Act,in this case injured was treated/remained admitted for a week, in Govt Hospital as a indoor patient,but no any bill is available with injured/claimant,however he spent about 35000/- Rs. on treatment,what will be fate of my petition without medical bills,however i am in possession of treatment record.Kindly advice.Regards

In absence of bills you can file a certificate or estimate of possible cost which may be incurred on treatment from a expert /doctor.

Treatment record is enough for you to claim duplicate bill with the permission of court.
