My daughter who is Roman Catholic is going to get married to Tamil Brahmin.
Will she and her children who will take the their fathers family name will inherit the HUF property of ancestors.

Yes. The children born out of such marriage shall be entitled to inherit the property of both viz. their father and mother.

Sir,
I am not very clear. What I meant was that my daughter who is Roman Catholic is marrying Tamil Brahmin according to special marriage act (Not Hindu marriage act). Her would be hunband's parents are informing that my daughter and her children are not entitled to inherit the HUF property of her father-in-law. As a metter of fact my daughter's would be hunband who is Tamil brahmin will also lose the right to inherit the ancenstral HUF property if he marries my dauther according to Special Marriage act (Registered Marriage). Please clarify and advice. Thanks a lot.
