THE DEATH OF MY GRAND FATHER AND DIVISION OF PROPERTY , MY FATHER HAS LEFT HIS RIGHT FROM LAND AND HOUSE FROM ANAND DISTRIC GUJARAT SINCE LAST 20 YEARS .MY QUASTION IS [1] CAN I BECAM AGRICLCTURIST ? OR FARMER ? [2]HOW?

Yes.File a suit for declaration to the effect that you are ownrt in possession of said agtriculture land.However you have to prove that you are an occupant of said land.
