domestic violance act

if complainant in the matter of domestic violence act is already who is psychological patent then who will be the complainant?
can her mother will be appointed as Next friend so as to file complaint against husband? any other remedy is there?

Any body may complaint through protection officer. Please go through Sec 4 of DV Act.
