Pcs/Videos can be used as an evidence. You have to set up the defense on the basis of the complaint and statements of the wittnesses, so it requires details otherwise it cannot be advised properly.
In the DV act you can apply for the test to prove your potentiality and her virginity.

I fully agree with Mr. Rajoo. The same can be used as evidence.

I am affraid that the video might show you both proceeding on honeymoon trip, but not consummation of marriage.

I am accuse of not having intimate physical relation due to dowry demand which started in marriage cermoney itself.

... They have claim I am not intested in sex to her and have refuse to sleep with her even once.
In court they have not directly accuse of impotency since they know I can conduct test.

Video is not of trip but private moment where we had relationship.. (s**)

As demand in marriage cermoney is concern I have 200 witness who were present in marriage plus video rec made by both side to prove allegation are wrong.

I question was can s** video be produce in court of law.. is there limitation that it would cause loss to wife modesty and hence not evidence.

Totally agree with Mr. Raju. When you have the video of your marriage, it will be proven, you can prove your potentcy through medical tests and still if you wish to you can produce the video of your intimate movements as evidence but in a proper way.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 29 March 2011
To disprove your impotency all these videos are not necessary, go for a scientific test.

when this allegation was made first time, I went ahead to conducted medical test in two of reputed hospital in delhi to prove to my MIL and FIL that girl for some reason is lying. They did not trust me.

Anyway, I am willing to go for test once court order..
My current challenge is that her lawyer has clevery mention that I did not have physical relations
1) One inborn problem which i had informed broker before marriage, just wonder why i would tell broker.
2) I did not have physical relationship because dowry demand not met, hence 498a.

I can prove point with impotency test, but second point I cannot prove without video and pic when girl is refusing.
