In my case, I have given divorce to my wife on cruelty basis. Family court has given the judgment in favor of me and again she has gone to HC then it is also confirm in favor of me. I have applied Guardian and ward act for my children that is going on the family court. In that case I have given the application for visiting rights for my children. Court has given the two times order for meeting my children in every Sunday for 3hrs. But she is always creating disturbance regarding on this matter. In four year I met only 3-4 time only, I have given the complaint against her also in Family court. Court has given the order her for celebrating of my daughter b’day she will send to my daughter to Hotel but she has not sent me & denied for sending her.
At last after harassing from last 4year I have given contempt of court application on the family court.
I want to know following things:-
1. Any citation regarding this, mother is not permitting for visiting of children and court has taken against her and punish her.
2. What are the fact I have to give that court will take action against her.
Please help me on this matter I am not getting visiting rights and I can’t see my children last 3years.

you can file petition in same family court what you said reason, they court can alter your query.

Sir,
I have applied the same court of family court and given the contempt of court of application also but i want following things:-.
1.Any citation regarding this, mother is not permitting for visiting of children and court has taken against her and punish her.
