Ordinary Legislative Amendment are not laws but by using Constitutional Amendemnts are Laws So the query is precise what do u mean by in depth depth ordinary legislative powers & constitutional powers any case law which say that Ordinary Legislative Amendment are not laws but by using Constitutional Amendemnts are Laws ?

Once an amendment is passed by legislature and notified in Gazette. It becomes law.
