Dear Sir,
Please let me know the Process to start a Private English Medium School In Orissa. We are planning to start the school upto class 2 level... later we ll look further if we can manage the school properly....

Read carefully Orissa School Education Code, fulfill all formalities accordingly and then apply to Block Education Officer seeking permission of education department.

Dear Sir,
I ve followed the Orissa School Education code.. still I got few doubts..
1. Do we need to start the construction of the school building. before applying for the registration..
2. Do we need to form a trust..
3. I am central govt Employee, Can I be a trust member...
4. I got a land on my name upon wch I wish to open a school.. do I need to transfer the land to the trust..
If possible please mention the steps clearly...
if effort will be highly appreciated..
