Section 182. False information, with intent to cause public servant to use his lawful power to the injury of another person

Filing for false come this under category... Since false FIR can cause mental injury and effect the person peace of mind.

make complaint directly to station head officer of concerned police station stating facts and by enclosing earlier sequence of events giving cause of action to file present complaint against such person.
