ORDER TO LOCAL REGISTER OFFICE

Iam one of the legal share holders of immovable property and other major legal heirs/share holders planning to sell this property without my consent. I wanted to stop this legally and particularly give the order to Registar office not to register this property. How can I stop this activity. Please advise.

File a civil case for injunction.

Thanks, but filing a civil case how it helps. Say Party A sells to party C without the knowledge of Party B. So I (party B) need a firm order to the Registrar through court that not to Register the said property without court order. Is this possible through the LAW.
Please advise.
