Seperated but not Divorced

Can someone guide me on the Pune Property Law for the following scenario:

a)Ancestral Property from Grandmother (mother's side)

b)Grandmother had 5 sons and 2 daughters
- Of the 5 sons - 2 expired
- Of the 2 daughter one expired

c)Of the 3 Sons - One is a citizen of another country

d) From the 2 daughters - 1 died and has 3 children but has been seperated from husband (also citizen of another country) for several years.

Need to know how to go about point (d) As the husband is citizen of another country and been seperated not legally divorced -

Is there any part husband has to play in making the Sale Deed go through (as he is uncontactable and out of touch since 20 years).

Please advice.

In INTERNET there is nothing called as if one puts "Sita - Geeta NAME" it authentifies the QUERIEST and thus qualifies for a reply !

Also in legal opinion matters put in INTERNET a queriest PREFERS mostly ANONIMITY!

Nobody forbids you to reply anonymous and academic queries, like the present one, but still you did not prefer to provide reply to the anonymous querist. If anyone knows the answer and willing to reply the academic and anonymous queries, he need not ask the qurist, whether he is "still interested in a reply from Expert(s)," as you did, evidently to add scores.

The present query without mention of specific problem is also a repeated query of the author, but his earlier query has also not been replied by anyone. He has also not mentioned, how he is concerned with the problem.
