Query regarding merriage without divorcesing

Dear Sir, i had done love marriage on dated 22.01.2010, after one month relative of my wife taken at home and harnessed her, after that my wife refused to come with me, when i went to leave my wife with her parents they forcefully signed me a stamp paper containing our marriage is not valid it is against the will of parents and made certificate falsely. now they wants her marriage will it right in the eye of low.

Do u have any proof of solemnisation of your marriage with her. If yes then you can approach to the court. You should file suit of restitution of conjugal rights u/s 9 of Hindu Marriage act (If ur marriage is solemnised as per hindu customs) let her come to court and explain the things.
Paper signed by you have no value in the eyes of law, need not to worry.

First you collect some evidence of your marriage. The you file a case of Restitution of conjugal rights u/s-9 of Hindu Marriage Act(if u r Hindu) to get back your wife. Ofcourse there is long road ahead to get her.

Sir, I have all the evidence like, marriage photo, affidavit written by her, court marriage certificate etc. but only minus point is her parents forcefully taken my signature on stamp paper and notarized also.

Dear Narayan,
In the presence of proofs with you your signature on stamp paper about invalid marriage has no value. Your in laws thinking anything written on stamp paper has a great value, is just like living in fool's paradise.
Any attempt to marry the girl on their part will be illegal. You can lodge a complaint with police against your in-laws to get back your wife.

There is no value of any of your such type of signature on any paper or even on the stamp paper too . File the suite of sec.9 mentioning this thing too in your suit .
