Several Accused absconding after commiting crime

Sir,
There was an attempt to murder on my life in the court premises when I have gone for filing for final decree. The concerned P.S. registered the case U/sec 307, 506 read with Section 34 Cr.P.C. The perperators of crime were close relatives. After committing crime they are absoonding for last 48 days. When I approached the concerned P.S they told me that after the arrest of Accused No.1 the other accused will be taken into custody. When there is a serious crime committed why the concerned P.S. is not arresting and taking them into custody. One of accused (female) was involved in the crime with Accused No.1 she was caught red handed while committing the crime and she was prime witness in this incident. Unfortunately she has been granted bail and no one has opposed her bail.
Sir, in this circumstances what are the actions to be taken from my side as a victim and complainant.
