The charge sheet must be filed within the time period of 60 days from the complaint in the cases in which the punishment is not the imprisonment of 7years or more or capital punishment . After the period if the c.s. is not filed, the accused person can demand from the court for the discharge .C.s. only contains that what case is made out on accused .The i.o. of the case is not bound to give the c.s.under the sections of the fir.He can add or deduct the sections from the fir.In the charge sheet, there is also the criminal background of the accused if any and also the list of the witnesses.
Rest of the things in detail are in case diary .
