Process of appointment of Govt. advocate

I am working woman as TGT in Central Govt. I have one son and one daughter. Divorce case is presently in process since 2008. I want to claim maintenance of my children but I want to appoint Govt. advocate. What is the process for getting pleader from govt.

You can't appoint a govt pleader as, govt. pleader has no role in family matters. Though on behalf of children application may be submitted to legal aid committee for free legal aid. It is the discretion of committee to decide whether children deserve free legal aid or not.
