If a standing counsel does not provide evidence asked by the court which is available with him, what course of action can be taken against the counsel.

COURT CAN PASS STRICTURES AND EXERCISE POWERS UNDER SEC 30 (DISCOVERY) OF CPC

Client can complaint to Bar Council and to govt. also. Court can pass order as suggested by Vittal Sir.

The court will pass orders to the party, the party will be summoned by the court, the party is responsible for production of evidence.
