unemployed husband cant be forced to pay maintenance to her wife

wife has filed DV(Domestic Violence) case also and got an order for maintenance but husband is unemployed and he has filed the nullity petition under hindu law and is unemployed,but only delhi high court judment is there ,i wish to have bombay high court judment of last year in which unemployed husband cant be forced to make payment of maintenance to wife, thanx

Unemployment is not an excuse to avoid the maintenance unless the wife is employed.

A husband, whether employed or unemployed, has to pay maintenance to a wife u/s 125, provided the wife is also unable to maintain.
