share in lease land mill production

sir,
my father had 2 wives i am from 2 wife.my father died in 1982.1 was 7yrs at that time.he had bought a land on 99yr lease and built a rice mill on that land.after my fathers death my step brother used to look after the mill.can i get my share in profit of that mill if i go to court. pls advice what document will i need to file a suit

does your father died intestate or made a will? if he did not left a will you will get share in mill and share in profit.documents u need ,death certificate of ur father, succession certificate of ur father and documents of property and mill
