If I able to prove the allegation made are false in DV the same allegation I need to prove it again in 498A?

Yes. Both they are separate proceedings mean you have to prove it same. Its very simple with the support of d.v case's judgement you can face the another case.. IF YOU HAVE ANY RELEVANT MERITS

There cant be automatic acquittal from 498A. Let complainant prove her case first. If prima facie evidence comes, then only you have prove your defence.
