An application for juvenile declaration is pending before judicial magistrate.Regular Bail application is pending before session judge. Is the Bail application maintainable or not?

How can the sessions judge dispose of the regular bail application?

It must be u/s 438 or 439 of crpc.
Clarify this point first.

the session court will hear the bail if it is rejected from the lower court or hear the anticipatory bail. you can not file the two bail applications at one time.

press juvenile status application first and go in appeal if order is against if not you will get bail.

An application for juvenile declaration is pending before judicial magistrate.Regular Bail application is pending before session judge under section 339 crpc and the chief judicial magistrate already rejected. Is the Bail application maintainable or not?
