Would court allow husband to play wedding video in court room, wife has accused husband of demanding dowry in public on wedding pandal.

Video show how happy couple where during entire marriage which started in morning and end up at husband place reception in evening which was attended by even girl realtive.

I have doubt court would have such time and wife can may false witness to prove her claims.

not possible to made false witness, you can produced the video evidence the dowry matter

I do not think it is relevant unless it is specifically alleged that dowry was demanded during performance of marriage ceremonies. Dowry can be demanded at any time. Production of video even if permitted may not be useful to prove innocence.

yes, it is alleged that dowry demand where made on same day in marriage function. However,nothing of this happend, and everyone is looking happy with marriage in video and it is fact.
