Hello ,
I want to run a "Childwelfare & educational society". As i am new in this field i have many questions in my that are :
1) How and where to register a Childwelfare & educational society .
2) What i have to pay to register a Childwelfare & educational society
3)Minimum how many members are necessary to make a society.
4) Can i collect funds from people for Childwelfare & educational society.
5) If we have register a society in any state then is it possible to run the services out of that state.
i also want the full information to register and run Childwelfare & educational society.

Ans.Follow Act and rules of Societies registration Act as applicable in yor state,as states have amending powers as well rule making too.
Then without contravening any of its sections/or/rules draft bylaws as per your need.
It has to be registered before Registrar of Societies and firms of your area.
"2) What i have to pay to register a Childwelfare & educational society"?
ANS.It is prescribed and not too much to worry about and can be inquired registrars'office.

Ans. SEVEN (7).
"4) Can i collect funds from people for Childwelfare & educational society."?
Ans. YES YOU CAN.
"5) If we have register a society in any state then is it possible to run the services out of that state."?
ANS. It is up to you, draft the jurisdiction in bylaws as you decide your jurisdiction of activity.
