Dear Sir,

Mere father 3 bhai the, mere father ki death ho chuki hai, property k naam pe ek ghar hai, jiska hissa bata achhe se nahi hua hai, hume bahut 4 chote kamre de diye gaye hai, aur 2 bahiyo ne bade bade hisse le liye hai? aur bolne pe ladai karte hai, ek bhai jo us ghar mai nahi rahte hai wo apna hissa kiraye uthana chahte hai...jabki ghar ki jo situtaion hai wo aise hai ki agar koi kirayedar rahta hai vaha to aane jane ka rasta hamare room k samne se hai...hum apne hi ghar mai bahar k ho jayenge?

Aap ye bataiye hum objection kar sakte hai ki nahi kyunki hissa bata barabar se nahi hua hai...wo apna hissa kiraye se kaise utha sakte hai..hume agar barabar ka hissa mila hota to hum bhi apna kiraye se utha dete?

wo mante nahi hai aur mere mummy se ladai karte hai aur bolte hai tumhe bolne ka koi haq nahi hai? aap ye bataiye husband ki death k baad wife k to haq rahta hai...

Please kuch suggestion dijiye ki hum kya kar sakte hai? mai 1 hi ladki hun apni mom ki aur koi bhai bahan nahi hai? mai akeli ho gayi hun mai kya karu please mughe kuch bataiye?

please tell where the property is situated. more over a partition suit can be filed in the civil court and you can also get the stay for giving the house on rent and also you can claim in the partition for not giving the exact portion or equal portion. all the co sharer in the same property have the equal share and you can also say that you have not recieved the equal share in that property and moreover meet to an advocate in your area having knowledge of civil cases and which is your area please tell than i can help you for hiring the advocate

Upar sujahe gaye diwani mamla ke alawa bhi aap ya aapki mammi najdiki magistrate court main gharelu hinsa adhiniyam ke antargat mamla kar sakti hai joki cum kharchila hoga aaplogoke liye.
