Meaning of body warrant under crpc?
[[[[[[[[[As per N.D.P.S act, any accused is at liberty to get his/her search from a gazzated officer,but he/she gives his/her consent regarding search from non-gazzated officer,then involvement of gazzated officer is not required. ]]]]]]]]
what does the bracket para say actually?

In NDPS act it is will of accused to get his/her search either from a Gazzated Oficer or from Non-Gazzate Officer. If the accused give his/her consent for search by a Non-Gazzated Oficer, then Gazzated Oficer is nothing to do in said matter.

Thanks Sir for the answer in a nice manner.
So Gazzated officer has given the powers of IO (Investigation officer) does he also has the powers given under the crpc, 1973.
What should be the qualification of the gazzated officer.
SO what is benefit to do search by the gazzated officer & other wise by the IO.
Case law which say that GO (Gazzated officer) has more power than IO.
