role of witness in registry

if anybody made a police complaint against the registry of the plot and plot is transfered in front of sub-registrar by paying required stamp duties and now the police pressurises the witness in the registry to not giving the statement in fovour of me.Sir, I asked you that if witness in the registry does'nt give his statement in favour of me then the registry will be cancelled or not and also sir if there is a procedure in the court to check the trueness of the witness in the court and also sir if witness give wrong information to police officers then what action will be taken against the witness

Dear Rohit,
I think there is a ill intention of some people behind this. If any body wants to cancel the registry , he has to approach Civil court. During the proceedings you can cross-examine this witness very well. Even you can complaint to the superior authority of Police about this foul play going on.
