Delay in admission of WP(~2yrs.) in Jharkhand high court

WP was filed on 10/9/2009 in Jharkhand high court against dismissal/demotion/financial loss/(failure to manage/less prduction).But admission of the petition has not taken place till date.
1)What I should do to ensure speedy admission?
2)What my lawyer should do?
3) How can you help me to get the petition admitted at the earliest?

Your lawyer should file an application for early hearing keeping in view your difficulties (narrate him in detail) and this is the only help by way of free advice which at least I can offer to you.
