what is the procedure involved in transfer of property through a will after the death of person making a will???

After taking Probate of the Will, the beneficiary can transfer the same in whatever mode he likes.

Take the certified copies of a will to the autharities for enterin the names in ROR,if any objection comes pro bet is mandatory.

Thanks mr Bhagwat and Devajyoti Barman, so Probate of the Will is only mandatory if any objection comes else not needed, am i going right?????
